Role at Pole

My role at Pole has grown over the years and it has now matured and come into place. Most of the time I spend planning everything from projects, field recordings and business developments. But in a small company like ours you need to put on more hats and that’s what I love about Pole. Its such a dynamic place and everyone pitch in with their expertise when needed.

Favourite work-related equipment

This might be surprising to many, but my favorite tool is actually digital spreadsheets. My happy place is when we have planning sessions and I try to show my joy since I know this can suck the energy out of the best. Try to keep it light and on a discussion level and actively involve everyone. And then – after a successful team planning session or meeting with a client – formalize this into schedules or structure business plans into usable spreadsheets. It is so much fun. For real.
