1990 Mazda RX-7 Sound Effects Library
The Mazda RX-7 sound fx collection bundles 208 clips in 17.83 gigabytes of audio. It showcases the sound of a 1990 version of the Japanese car with its 2-rotor, twin turbo 13B bridgeport Wankel rotary engine.
The collection includes 12 synchronized takes from both onboard and exterior perspectives. The 12 onboard perspectives mount microphones at the exhaust, in the engine, and inside the cabin to depict driving with steady RPMs, ramps, and gearshifts. The 7 exterior perspectives arrange microphones at 4 perspectives around the track to document departures, arrivals, and passes by at slow, medium, and fast speeds. Also included are bonus drifting takes, as well as custom mixes of the onboard perspectives.
The package includes Pro Tools and Reaper mixing sessions, as well as full professional Soundminer, BWAV, and MacOS Finder metadata.
