The 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 sound library includes 177 clips in 15.54 gigabytes of field recordings. It features the sound of a powerful 6.4-liter Hemi V8 supercharged engine.
The collection gathers 10 synchronized takes of onboard and exterior perspectives. The 11 onboard perspectives showcase recordings from the engine, exhaust, and interior as the pony car drives with steady RPMs, ramps, and gearshifts. The 7 exterior perspective arrange microphones at 5 positions to capture departures, arrivals, reversing, and passing by at slow, medium, and fast speeds.
The bundle includes custom mixes of the onboard perspectives, Pro Tools and Reaper mixing sessions, Soundminer, iXML, BWAV, and MacOS Finder metadata, and metadata keyword translations in Chinese, French, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and German.
