1964 BRDM-2 APC Sound Effects Library

The 1964 BRDM-2 armoured personnel carrier sound library features 355 clips in 27.49 gigabytes of audio. It showcases the sound of a Cold War-era APC and its 4-gear V8 gasoline 5500cm3 engine in a total of 28 synchronized channels.

The 14 onboard perspectives include microphones placed inside (including an Ambisonic track), on the engine, and at the exhaust to capture driving at steady RPMs, with gearshifts, and ramps. 12 exterior perspectives arrange multiple microphones to record departing, arriving, and passing by at slow, medium, and fast speeds. Also included are performed effects of levers, switches, the turret, and more, as well as 3 stereo mixes of the interior perspectives.

The sound library is packaged with Pro Tools and Reaper mixing sessions, Waves, Altiverb, and starter pistol impulse responses of the interior, and full professional metadata in every clip.
